1. /We understand that “Promoter” is proposing to develop a residential project named as “Piramal Vaikunth Cluster 3 -Tower 2”, MahaRERA registration no. P51700024580 (“Project”)
2. The Expression of Interest (EOI) amount (cheque/ wire transfer/other modes) shall be placed by the Applicant/s at the time of signing this EOI
3. The cheque shall be drawn in favour of “PIRAMAL ESTATES PVT. LTD CLUSTER 3 TOWER 2 COLLECTION AC”

4. The EOI benefits will be applicable for EOI bookings made up to the formal launch of Cluster 3 – Tower 2.
5. Final pricing details will be revealed at the time of the formal project launch.
6. Request for cancellation of EOI should be informed only through the registered email address at refund.vaikunth@piramal.com with the subject line: Cluster 3 – Tower 2 refund. The refund request will be accepted post allocation phase & should be accompanied with a cancelled cheque.
7. The timelines for the refund (which refund shall be without any interest) shall be 60 days from the date of the refund request.
8. In case of cancellation, all special benefits/ offers, if any will stand withdrawn even if the Applicant/s rebook at a later date.
9. The Applicant/s confirms that while submitting this EOI, the Applicant/s has complied with all the applicable laws including those pertaining to the source of funds used for this EOI.
10. The Applicant/s has/have gone through all the details of the Project including the declarations uploaded on the MAHARERA website: https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in
11. The Promoter has registered the Project based on the proposed plan and is in the process of getting approval. The current offer is based on the proposed plan.
12. Under no circumstances, the Applicant/s shall be allowed to change the source of this EOI during the transaction. The details of the source as mentioned in this EOI shall be final once executed and submitted.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to accept or reject this EOI at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason for the same.
14. The EOI and the terms hereof shall supersede all the prior discussions and correspondences (written/otherwise) between the Applicant/s and the Promoter.
15. No third party payments shall be accepted.
16. This EOI is non-transferable.
17. Except for what is stated hereinabove, this EOI does not create any right in favour of the Applicant/s in respect to the Project or any part thereof
18. The Applicant/s has/have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this EOI for a priority booking request to buy an apartment/ residential flat in the Project “Cluster 3 Tower 2”, (MahaRERA registration no. P51700024580, Website: https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in at Piramal Vaikunth and the Applicant/s is/are willingly conveying his/ her/ their acceptance of the same.
